My name is Richard Noel<\/strong>, aka Nam Hy, and martial arts is my life. It is now my mission to help the people in Notre-Dame-de-Gr\u00e2ce of Montreal, kids, teens and adults, men and women of all ages, reach<\/strong> their full potential<\/strong> thanks to<\/strong> this ancient, precious, rare, scientific method that is Wing Chun\u00a0Kung Fu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Whatever your experience<\/strong> in martial arts, no matter your age or physical shape<\/strong>, our school\u2019s instructors will adapt to your level<\/strong>. We offer kung fu classes for children, parents, teens and adults of any age.<\/p>\n
